• Location: Riyadh

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead BIM implementation across precast housing and villa projects, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
2. Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality assurance protocols.
3. Manage multidisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and precast teams.
4. Oversee clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using Revit/Navisworks.
5. Provide strategic BIM leadership, aligning digital construction processes with project goals.
6. Supervise BIM Coordinators and Modelers, providing training and mentoring.
7. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements.
8. Prepare BIM progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of BIM experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• Proven expertise in precast housing and villa projects within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Dynamo.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete detailing, modular housing systems, and GCC building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and Saudi Aramco/SABIC housing standards is an advantage.
