Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with strong Gulf experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, tracking), POS systems, and overall IT infrastructure. Duties include installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, data security, network management, system backups, vendor coordination, user support and training, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across retail and commercial environments. Knowledge of compliance, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance is essential.

Responsibility:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment
• Support and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, tracking)
• Install, operate, and troubleshoot POS systems and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure data backups, system security, and access control
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and solutions
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new installations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across all departments
