Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will manage our Shopify store, oversee drop shipping operations, and expand sales on platforms like Noon and Amazon KSA. You will play a key role in driving online revenue, optimizing digital operations, and collaborating with marketing and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance our Shopify store (SEO, pricing, promotions, performance).
- Build and manage dropshipping supplier relationships.
- Grow and optimize sales on marketplaces like Noon and Amazon.
- Collaborate with digital marketing on campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team Analyze KPIs and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience (Shopify preferred).
- Hands-on experience with dropshipping and KSA marketplaces.
- Industry knowledge in lighting, sanitary ware, or home appliances.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Shopify reports).
- Proven leadership and process improvement experience.
