Role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive daily operations in our Dark Store in Riyadh. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in warehouse or quick-commerce operations, we’d love to hear from you.

• Location: Riyadh
• Role: Team Leader – Dark Store Operations
• Salary: 4,000 – 5,000 SAR (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day dark store operations.
2. Lead and supervise store associates.
3. Ensure order accuracy, productivity, and timely dispatch.
4. Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and operational KPIs.
5. Maintain safety, quality, and process compliance.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in dark store, warehouse, retail, or FMCG operations.
2. Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
4. Immediate or short notice period preferred.
