π Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Manage and coordinate all HRDF training programs and initiatives
πΉ Ensure accurate submission and compliance with HRDF requirements and policies
πΉ Support the design, implementation, and tracking of learning and development initiatives
πΉ Monitor program effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to enhance outcomes
πΉ Maintain documentation, reports, and records related to HRDF activities
πΉ Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify training needs and maximize HRDF funding utilization
πΉ Promote awareness of HRDF programs and ensure employees benefit from available opportunities
π Requirements:
πΉ 1β2 years of experience in HR, training, or related fields (preferred)
πΉ Proven experience with HRDF programs (mandatory)
πΉ Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
πΉ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills
πΉ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
