WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (FINANCE-DRIVEN ROLE). fast-growing industrial startup in the packaging sector is looking for a results-oriented Operations Supervisor with a strong finance & accounting background.

• Location: Industrial Area 3, Jeddah

Your Core Role:

• Full accounting & financial control (primary responsibility).
• Oversee procurement, logistics, production coordination.
• Follow up with sales team and drive operational execution.
• Prepare management reports and control cash flow.

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Strong personality, ownership mindset, and decision-making ability.
• Transferable Iqama (company will bear transfer cost worth 1st time transfers).

Compensation Structure:

• Limited fixed salary (inclusive of basic benefits).
• Commission on total sales value.
• No earning cap – your income grows as the company grows.
