- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years experience in HR or administration. Experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, or employee records knowledge of saudi HR systems is preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- MS Excel( Attendance, Payroll sheets, reports.
- email drafting & official communication.
- Basic knowledge of HR software / ERP.
- Document Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Labour law knowledge (basic understanding).
- Recruitment process.
- Payroll basics.
- Leave management.
- Employee file handling etc.
