🌟 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage full lifecycle of production equipment including installation, commissioning, and daily maintenance
🔹 Implement and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, including welding machinery, circuits, and pneumatic systems
🔹 Develop PLC programs (Siemens or similar) and HMI/SCADA interfaces for process control and monitoring
🔹 Integrate sensors, drives, and field instruments into automated systems
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime
🔹 Maintain and update PLC, HMI, and network documentation
🔹 Provide technical support for machine operators and maintenance teams
🔹 Lead automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
🔹 Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers during system upgrades and new installations
🔹 Ensure all automation systems comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations
🔹 Participate in risk assessments and develop safe work procedures for control systems
🔹 Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvements
🔹 Implement control logic and data acquisition to optimize energy use, throughput, and equipment reliability
🔹 Support digital transformation initiatives, including predictive maintenance and remote monitoring
