🔹 Supervise daily production operations within the factory
🔹 Monitor operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and minimize waste
🔹 Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow
🔹 Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety standards
🔹 Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets
🔹 Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvement
🔹 Prepare periodic production reports for management review
🔹 Support training and development of production staff
🔹 Implement process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiativ

🔹 2–3 years of experience in feed manufacturing or related production
