Job Vacancy — Aquaculture Farm Manager.

About the Company:
Saudi inland aquaculture startup using RAS, starting with Tilapia and planning to expand later. We focus on quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily farm operations (feeding, monitoring, harvesting) and recordkeeping.
- Operate & maintain **RAS** and cooling; manage energy use.
- Monitor water parameters: DO, NH₃, NO₂, pH, temperature with alarm thresholds and response plans.
- Optimize **FCR**, reduce waste and mortality.
- Supervise & train staff; enforce biosecurity and safety.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports & KPIs (FCR, survival, cost/kg).
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Aquaculture/Marine/Fisheries or related.
- 3 years hands‑on experience (RAS preferred).
- Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.
- Team leadership and operational discipline.
- Willing to relocate to Hail.
