About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven experience to lead and oversee major mechanical projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a solid track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and mechanical system installations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage risk assessments and resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical project management.
3. Strong experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
4. Proven leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
7. PMP certification is a plus.
8. Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
