We are looking for **skilled HVAC / AC Technicians** for installation and maintenance work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain **Split AC, Package Units, DX Units, AHU (Air Handling Units), and FDU / FCU Units.
• Diagnose faults and repair **cooling system and airflow issues.
• Perform **preventive maintenance, servicing, and cleaning** of HVAC equipment.
• Check **refrigerant levels**, detect leaks, and recharge when necessary.
• Troubleshoot **electrical and mechanical faults** in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as **compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
• Carry out **ducting inspection and airflow balancing** where required.
• Ensure all work complies with **safety standards and technical specifications.
• Respond to **maintenance requests and breakdown calls** in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. • Minimum **2–3 years experience** as an HVAC / AC Technician.
2. • Practical knowledge of **DX Units, AHU, FCU/FDU, Split and Package AC systems.
3. • Ability to read **technical manuals, HVAC drawings, and wiring diagrams.
4. • Basic **Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
5. • Physically fit and able to work in **indoor and outdoor environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in **commercial buildings, residential maintenance, or facility management.
