🌟 About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to support marketing initiatives and in-store activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing plans are implemented effectively, monitor promotional campaigns, and analyze performance to support strategic decisions related to pricing and budget allocation.
🌟 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
🔹 Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented effectively in stores and distribution channels.
🔹 Monitor and track the performance of promotions and marketing activities.
🔹 Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future strategies.
🔹 Assist in evaluating pricing strategies and recommending adjustments when needed.
🔹 Prepare marketing performance reports and present findings to management.
🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
🔹 Ensure brand visibility and consistency across marketing materials and promotional activities.
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
🔹 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
🔹 Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or related fields (Food industry experience is preferred).
🔹 Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
🔹 Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate marketing performance.
