Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixing machines according to production procedures and recipes.
- Measure and mix raw materials according to production specifications.
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of mixing equipment and work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Report any machine issues or production deviations to the supervisor.
- Assist the production team in achieving daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role.
- Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of production and mixing processes.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
