Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and the Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in HR-related decisions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Contribute to improving the overall employee experience within the organization.
