- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with specific experience in complex hospitality (hotels) or similar projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies (e.g., how MEP interfaces with interior fit-outs).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Interface Management Systems (e.g., Coreworx, Bentley, Primavera Unifier).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and communication skills.
- Salary: Negotiable
