HR Recruitment Specialist

  • Location: Riyadh
  • Salary: full package (5000-7000 sar), freelancer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of local and overseas dispatched employees in Saudi Arabia, develop local recruitment channels, and ensure human resource supply.
  • Maintain talent pool, assist in handling relevant procedures such as employees’ work visas and Iqama, and ensure compliance in recruitment.
  • Coordinate with business departments, collect and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

Core Requirements:

  1. College degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience; experience in overseas/Saudi local recruitment is preferred.
  2. Be familar the Construction filed.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English and;proficiency in Arabic is preferred; proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  4. Familiar with the full recruitment cycle, understanding of Saudi labor laws and visa policies, able to adapt to life in Saudi Arabia and accept long-term residency.
