We are seeking an experienced Travel Ticketing & Reservation Officer. We are looking for Pakistani or Bengali nationals, with a strong preference for Bengali candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Nationality: Pakistani or Bengali National (Bengali preferred).
• GDS Expertise: Full proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus (Booking, Ticketing, Re-issuance, and Refunds).
  Portal Proficiency: Proven experience with flydubai (FZ), Air Arabia (G9), and other LCC portals.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Ability to communicate with and handle Arabic-speaking customers is a major requirement for this role.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a travel agency environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing flight reservations and ticketing via Amadeus and Galileo.
• Handling daily bookings on FZ, G9, and other airline portals.
• Directly coordinating with Arabic customers to provide travel solutions, itinerary advice, and visa information.
• Processing ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds with high accuracy.tly.
