We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations. The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently
• Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers
• Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials
• Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues
• Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• Reduce machine downtime and material waste
• Train and guide junior operators when required
• Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Machine Operator
• Strong expertise in injection molding machines, molds, and operating systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production problems
• In-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
