- Location: Khobar
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction company.
- At least 8 years of experience within the Saudi market.
- Experience working with mid-sized contracting companies is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing hotel projects, particularly high-rise buildings (10+ floors)
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license.
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama is a must.
- Available to join immediately.
