We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Supervisor to oversee merchandising operations, ensure excellent in-store execution, and drive product visibility and sales performance across assigned outlets.

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Min 3–5 years experience in merchandising within FMCG industry
🔹 Min 3 years experience in Saudi market
🔹 Strong experience in merchandising execution and team supervision
🔹 Proven track record in improving product visibility and in-store standards
🔹 Strong knowledge of planograms, shelf management, and stock rotation (FIFO)
🔹 Excellent leadership and team management skills
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily activities of merchandisers across assigned areas
• Ensure proper product display as per company standards and planograms
• Monitor stock levels, availability, and minimize out-of-stock situations
• Implement promotional activities and ensure visibility of products in stores
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure execution excellence
• Train, guide, and evaluate merchandisers’ performance
• Coordinate with sales team to align merchandising with sales objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards
• Prepare reports on merchandising activities, stock status, and market feedback
Ideal Candidate:

✔ Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
