We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the finance department in daily operations.
- Location: Jeddah
- Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support audits and tax filings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo, ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Finance
- Knowledge of VAT regulations
