We are urgently looking for a BIM Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, who is available for immediate joining. The candidate must have strong expertise in shop drawings and technical office coordination, preferably in Finishing & Fit-Out projects.
- Location: Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for construction projects.
- Prepare and review shop drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with design, site, and technical office teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings and BIM data.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a BIM Engineer.
- Immediate availability (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of shop drawings & technical office work.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks.
- Experience in Finishing & Fit-Out projects preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- BIM certification is an added advantage.
