- Location: Dammam
Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Establishing/ Implementing Supply Chain Policy/Procedures (Approval Routes/ GOAs).
- Manage/Mentor/ Continuously develop process flow chart.
- Focus on improvements into Procurement and Inventory as well as customer service.
- Provide leadership for Team Supervisors; provide guidance to them in their daily operations.
- Plan and manage the development of the staff’s skill sets to ensure team skill readiness for supply chain.
- Prepare and process annual performances appraisals of direct reports on time, and manage the appraisal process within the team ensuring reviews are processed on time.
- Ensure that the productivity goals for the team are met, including service level/utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the operational requirements of the customer on a daily basis.
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
- Manage/Monitor operational costs to ensure business profitability to the contribution margin level.
- Act as an escalation point for employee relations and customer issues where the Team Supervisor assesses the need for additional support.
- Conduct Team Meetings with direct reports to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input from team.
- Complete and submit bi-weekly reports for direct reports. Complete and submit Monthly reports for direct reports.
- Receive Weekly/Monthly Reports for Inventory Stock / Logistics / Procurement/ Financial related to Supply Chain /Logistical issues.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Work with other departments and colleagues to ensure effective working relationships across the organization.
- Improve/ Develop/ Mentor procurement process and standards
- Develop/ Improve/ implement min/max stock levels and inventory access at any location through focus Monitoring and Control Item/Material Stock Ordering.
- Monitoring and supervising logistical movements and relations with different Logistical Service Providers.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PC applications, and mainly Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven people management skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Required Education:
- University Degree in Engineering, Science or Management.
- Required Experience: Management, Communications, Fluent in English
- Saudi Driving license.
- (5-7) years experience in the managerial level in the contracting field.
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
