HR & Administrative Services Manager

  • Location: Riyadh

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR and administrative leadership
  • Proven track record in multinational/diverse workforces and managing relations with Saudi regulatory authorities.
  • Hands-on expertise with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI).
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, industrial cities procedures, environmental compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or recognized Saudi HR certification) is highly preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
  • Native Arabic and professional-level English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
