We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, query, and analyze Human Resources capital data to uncover patterns and provide insights for strategic business decision-making. The ideal candidate will use tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Based in Al #Khobar
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Ability to work with big data, including large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Create and manage reports (static and dynamic)
• Extract insights from data through statistical analysis, data mining, and advanced analytics
• Identify trends, market changes, and other relevant business insights
