We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations, financial reconciliations, and supporting daily station activities.
- Location: Jeddah & As Suairah.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review and close all shipping invoices with suppliers, addressing and resolving any discrepancies
-Perform daily verification of packaging machine counters against actual sales quantities.
-Conduct regular inventory counts for packaging materials and spare parts
Financial Operations.
-Review and reconcile daily customer deposits, including both pre-sales and direct customer transactions.
-Handle and monitor station-related petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and control.
Requirements:
-Experience in inventory control and financial reconciliation.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume transactions.
-Proficiency in relevant systems and reporting tools.
