Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering 12 years of relevant experience Minimum 10 years in hotel or high-rise buildings GCC/KSA experience preferred Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations Certifications (Preferred) NEBOSH IGC PMP – Project Management Institute ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor LEED GA / LEED AP – Green Business

Job Role:
Lead and manage all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS) Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense regulations Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance programs Supervise contractors, vendors, and in-house technical teams Manage fit-out, renovation, and high-rise projects Implement HSE standards and conduct risk assessments Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives Prepare and control maintenance budgets and operational costs
