We are looking for a motivated Transportation Coordinator to support our daily transport operations and ensure smooth fleet management and timely deliveries.
🌟 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate daily transportation activities and delivery schedules
🔹 Monitor fleet movement and ensure all deliveries are on time
🔹 Follow up on vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
🔹 Track shipments and resolve delays or operational problems
🔹 Maintain accurate transportation records and reports
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics efficiency
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
🔹 Strong knowledge of fleet operations and coordination
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
🔹 Excellent communication and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
