* Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports
* Variance & cost analysis
* Track committed vs incurred costs
* Subcontractor & material cost control
* Productivity analysis (labour & equipment)
* Forecasting (quarterly & annual)
🔹 Treasury Management Specialist
* Daily cash position & bank reconciliation monitoring
* Manage loans, credit facilities, LC & BG
* Fund transfers & subcontractor payments
* Forex exposure monitoring
* Cash flow reporting & banking relationships
* Compliance with bank covenants
🔹 Payroll Accountant
* Payroll processing & reporting
* WPS / bank transfer file preparation
