• Provide executive and administrative support
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel (flights & hotels) for staff
• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
• Handle confidential information professionally
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in flight and hotel reservation arrangements
• Good level in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
