Urgent Requirement For HR Manager

  • Salary Package: SAR 5000 to SAR 7000 based on Experience.
  • Location: Al Khobar Al Shamalia (الخبر)
  • Valid transferable Iqama (if applicable)
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR & Administration Executive with strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and hands-on experience in managing government portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with local laws, managing employee-related government services, and coordinating with external stakeholders including vendors, agencies, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Government Portals & Compliance

  • Qiwa / Mudad / GOSI / Chamber / Muqeem / Tamm / Saudi Business Centre, Etc.

2. HR Operations:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database.
  • Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

3. Administration & External Coordination:

  • * Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors.
  • * Recruitment agencies.
  • * Medical & Motor insurance yearly renewal.

4. Negotiation & Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with external parties.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare HR and compliance reports for management
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external inspections
  • Track expiry of licenses, visas, and other critical documents

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in HR/Admin role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures in KSA.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Micro Soft Office and HR systems.
  • Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
  • ERP Software – Experience in Focus is preferred.
