We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Civil Supervisor to join our team immediately for the STC Project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of civil works, and the ability to oversee and manage on-site activities effectively.

• Location: Abha (Jizan Region & Asir Region)
• Joining: Immediate or maximum within 2 weeks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil supervision for telecom/infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil site works: foundations, ducting, manholes, cable trenches, and related structures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in STC projects or large telecom projects preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Valid Iqama and transferable preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil site activities for STC Project, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management and field teams to ensure timely completion of works.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site team.
