We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer with two to three years of experience within the Kingdom, aged no older than 25.

The candidate must possess the following skills:
- proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max.
- expertise in quantity surveying using Excel for both civil and finishing works.
- proficiency in shop drawings for exterior GRC decorations, interior gypsum board work, air conditioning, woodwork (cabinets, kitchens, doors), and all other building-related aspects.
- a thorough understanding of all required documentation for technical office work.
- Need to make boq for all finishing works.
