Position: Waiter / Server (Sales + Service Role – Strict System Based)

We are hiring a waiter/server for our restaurant. This is not just a “serving” job — this is a sales + service role. Only apply if you are active, disciplined, and able to handle pressure.

• Location: Jeddah (Aziziyah, Jeddah)

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer immediately with energy and respect.
• Take orders clearly and accurately (no mistakes)
• Serve food and drinks quickly and professionally
• Ensure customer table is clean, complete, and comfortable at all times.
• Handle dine-in and takeaway orders without confusion.
• Coordinate properly with kitchen and cashier.

Sales Responsibilities:

(MANDATORY):

Suggest and upsell items to every customer (no silent order taking)

• Recommend add-ons (drinks, extras, desserts)
• Increase average bill through smart communication.
• Understand full menu and guide customers properly.

Service Standards:

• Water, salad, and sides must be served on time.
• Constant table checking (no customer should feel ignored).
• Immediate response to customer requests or complaints.
• Maintain fast service even during rush hours.

Additional Duties:

(MANDATORY):

• Cleaning tables, chairs, and service area regularly.
• Help in basic restaurant tasks when no customers.
• Support team wherever required (multi-tasking role).
• Follow all SOPs and instructions given by management.

Work Expectations:

• Must be active at all times (no standing idle).
• Must handle pressure and rush situations calmly.
• Must maintain clean uniform and personal hygiene.
• Must speak clearly and behave professionally.
• Must follow discipline and system strictly.

Strict Rules:

• This is not a “just waiter” job multi-tasking is required.
• No arguing with customers or staff.
• No late coming, no laziness, no ignoring duties.
• Mistakes in orders or service will have consequences.
• Poor attitude or slow service will not be tolerated.
