Work Experience:

1. Project Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing or executing dry utilities projects.
2. Regional Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia .
3. Aramco Project Experience: Prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, with a solid understanding of their standards, workflows, and inspection procedures. Aramco Project Experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, capable of reviewing and revising dry utilities drawings.
• System Knowledge & Execution: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in dry utilities like medium/low voltage power distribution systems and lighting system.TEL & IT system. etc.
• Familiar with the installation and commissioning of dry utilities.
• Problem-Solving & Coordination Skills: Ability to identify technical issues in drawings, specifications, or vendor documentation.
• Capable of proposing effective solutions and coordinating with clients & manufactures & stake holder & site construction.

Documentation & Reporting Skills:

1. Able to independently prepare various construction documents, including but not limit:
2. Presentation of Construction activities management& Executed plan
3. Construction and Technical Support Documents: MS（Method Statement）
4. Coordinating with wet utilities & landscape Meeting minutes, site reports, technical summaries, etc.
5. Language Requirements English: Fluent in both written and spoken English, capable of handling technical communication and document preparation. Arabic: Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
