Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor alerts and follow SOPs
- Handle IT service requests from users
- Respond to calls and emails (service desk support)
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Support command center operations
- Assist shift lead and team lead
- Prepare operational reports
