Job Description:

Food House Hospitality Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Saudi government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, COC, and others. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local regulations, while also supporting employee engagement and development.

Requirements:

  • Bangladeshi/Indian Nationals Only.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • Strong expertise in government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, COC, etc.).
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee life cycle from hiring to exit.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related government regulations.
  • Handle employee benefits, contracts, and labor disputes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with government bodies for work visas, iqama renewals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Prepare and submit reports for various government portals and HR tasks.
