We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing Officer/Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Five Rivers Travels. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline reservations, ticketing, and issuance using Sabre GDS system.
• Provide expert advice on flight options, fares, routing, and travel itineraries.
• Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, and re-issuances efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel products.
• Assist walk-in clients, handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA rules, and agency procedures.
• Support team in peak seasons and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Ticketing/Reservation Officer in a reputable travel agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in Sabre GDS (must be able to demonstrate advanced commands, fare quoting, ticketing, and PNR management).
• Proven sales history with a strong existing client base (personal clientage is a must).
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog/Filipino is highly advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship preferred.
