Job Description:

Baran Limited Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Officer with 5+ years of experience to join our team for Dammam Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental standards across the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site safety effectively.
