Area Manager

  • Location: Riyadh 

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across assigned locations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Monitor inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Sales & Performance:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the region
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Develop and execute local business plans.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop store/branch managers and staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain brand standards and service quality.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability of the area
  • Monitor financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments (HR, Marketing, Finance)
  • Ensure effective communication across all locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role (multi-unit management preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
