Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Mechanical Estimator with Data Centre project experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will assist in preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates for mission‑critical projects and support senior estimators during tender and pre‑contract stages.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical estimation
2. Experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory
3. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
4. Good understanding of mechanical systems, including:

• HVAC and precision cooling systems
• Chilled water systems
• Fire fighting and fire suppression systems
• Plumbing and drainage systems

Experience:

• preparing BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and cost estimates
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic estimation software
• Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia
• Saudi Nationals and Expat candidates are welcome
• Candidates available immediately or within 30 days will be preferred

• Priority will be given to candidates who are Immediately available
• Having salary expectations within the company budget
