Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Admin Clerks (Filipino Candidates) who can immediately join. Candidates should have the following:
- Location: Dammam
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Manage and maintain confidential files and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of office software and technology, including email and phone systems
- Familiarity with record-keeping and filing systems
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting skills an asset
- Certification in administration or a related field an asset
