Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages when required.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter in hotels is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).
