Key ResponsibilitiesSite:

• Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily on-site activities for tower erection, foundation work, antenna installation, and alignment.
• Safety Management (HSE): Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, including conducting daily safety briefings and ensuring proper use of PPE.
• Technical Compliance: Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts to ensure accuracy.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct inspections of structural assemblies, coaxial cable installation, and grounding to ensure quality standards are met.
• Crew Leadership: Direct and manage in-house technicians, riggers, and subcontractors to maintain productive workflows.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site reports, photo documentation, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Material Management: Verify inventory, material deliveries, and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to prevent shortages.
• Commissioning: Work with technicians to perform sweep testing (VSWR) and ensure antennas and Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) units are properly configured.
• RequirementsExperience: minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom tower erection.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading construction drawings and understanding tower structure types (e.g., monopole, guyed, self-supporting).
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in outdoor conditions and sometimes at high altitudes.
