A qualified and experienced Camp Boss is required for our client’s operations at RAK Yard in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑organized living environment for the workforce.

• Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Camp Operations & Facility Management
• Oversee all camp infrastructure including living quarters, kitchens, laundry, and recreational areas.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Food & Hygiene Supervision:

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high‑quality meal preparation, menu planning, and food safety.
• Manage janitorial teams to maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of cooks, cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance workers.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct fire drills and maintain first‑aid supplies.

Administration & Coordination:

• Manage room allocations, check‑in/check‑out records, and inventory of food and supplies.
• Address resident concerns, maintain discipline, and act as a liaison with the Admin Department.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar supervisory role within a remote site environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, cross‑cultural communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Education: High school diploma required; certifications in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
