We are looking for an experienced IT Technician who has worked in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems, surveillance, and POS operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and IT equipment
- Support and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, tracking)
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot POS systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets and support activities
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and new system implementations
