Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and billing
- Experience in material take-off, variation claims, and subcontractor payments
- Familiar with project contracts and site coordination
- Proficient in Excel and quantity surveying software
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
- Verify site measurements and progress billing
- Control project costs and monitor variations
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team
- Prepare reports for management
