• Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities at site.
• Ensure scaffolding works comply with ARAMCO / GEPCO standards, project specifications, and Saudi safety regulations.
• Coordinate with construction, safety, and engineering teams to plan scaffolding requirements.
• Conduct daily inspections of scaffolds and ensure proper tagging (Green/Yellow/Red).
• Ensure all scaffolding materials are certified, in good condition, and properly stored.
• Enforce HSE rules, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain scaffolding records, permits, inspection logs, and manpower reports.
• Lead and supervise scaffolding foremen and workers to meet project schedules.
• Stop unsafe work and report hazards immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in oil & gas / industrial projects.
2. ARAMCO project experience is mandatory.
3. Valid Scaffolding Supervisor certification (TUV / CISRS / equivalent).
4. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Clamp, System Scaffolding, etc.).
5. Good understanding of HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
6. Ability to read drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
7. Good communication and leadership skills.
