We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer for our Turaif Project, as a running project is in progress involving Civil, Building, and Architectural works.

• Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO) based on approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor executed work quantities and ensure accuracy with no missing items.
• Plan and arrange materials, manpower, equipment, and other resources in advance to avoid delays.
• Prepare and implement work schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with Client/Consultant to arrange work fronts and resolve site issues.
• Monitor manpower productivity and control daily operational expenses.
• Ensure daily progress meets planned targets and supports project cost requirements.
• Submit Daily Site Reports including manpower, equipment, activities, and progress quantities.
• Provide regular updates to Head Office on project status and performance.
• Prepare monthly progress measurements, secure client approval, and coordinate submission for invoicing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in building & construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quantity take-off, and site coordination.
• Ability to prepare schedules and monitor productivity.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is available for immediate local transfer. The salary range will be discussed during the interview stage.
